Style

The building has a modern, contemporary architectural style with clean lines, strong geometric forms, and a warm natural palette. The exterior showcases exposed concrete frames and vertical rhythm created by recessed windows and integrated planter boxes.

Façade and Landscape:

Vertical landscaping not only softens the raw materiality of the concrete but also provides shading, improves microclimates, and enhances the biophilic quality of the architecture. At the rooftop, landscaped terraces with trees and shrubs extend the green language upward, creating communal outdoor spaces that connect residents to nature while reinforcing the building’s contemporary and environmentally responsive identity.

Usage & Functionality

The structure appears to be designed for serviced apartments, boutique hotels/hostels, or managed residential living. Features that support this classification: Multiple uniform residential apartments line the facade. Shared rooftops instead of private terraces. And entry and hallway design more like lodging than homes.
