Service Description

We conduct thorough site checks and evaluations, examine and interpret approved plans, specifications, engineering calculations, and construction methods, and compare the original design while decoding what was actually built. We evaluate structural load paths, foundation performance, and failure mechanisms to determine how and why the damage occurred. Using evidence-based engineering analysis, we identify contributing factors such as design deficiencies, construction non-compliance, material failure, foundation movement, load exceedance, environmental influences, or maintenance-related issues. All findings are documented in a comprehensive engineering report supported by photographs, observations, calculations, and technical reasoning. Where required, we prepare a formal Condition Report and issue a Certificate of Engineering Determination that outlines what went wrong, the most probable cause(s) of failure, and whether the issue is attributable to design, construction, or external factors.
