Engineering Projects & Undertakings

A striking upside-down pyramid tower anchored by a central reinforced concrete core and encased in structural steel, engineered to resist wind and load forces while maximizing stability. The elevated form creates open ground space, with expanded underground levels for functionality, and a sleek glazed exterior that blends bold architectural expression with efficient structural design.

A slender ballet-inspired skyscraper with a tapered base of angled concrete “legs,” a mid-height wavy circular tutu-like slab seamlessly emerging from the structure, and a minimal glass tower above—lightweight, sculptural, and ultra-realistic at dusk.

Two slender, faceted glass towers are connected by elevated steel-truss skybridges that align seamlessly with the floor plates, creating a continuous structural rhythm. Concealed steel elements embedded within the reinforced concrete cores provide fixed, rigid connections, allowing the bridges to act as both architectural features and structural links. The result is a stable, unified system with a bold, modern identity.

Featuring a deep steel truss deck for enhanced strength and stability, the bridge integrates suspension and cable-stayed systems to deliver high load capacity, aerodynamic performance and long-term resilience. It serves as a critical transport link, improving connectivity while supporting future metropolitan growth.
